1. Marketplace Agreement

By accessing gutter.servicefind.center, you acknowledge and agree that ServiceFind is a matching and referral marketplace. ServiceFind is not a direct gutter installation contractor, general contractor, or building manufacturer.

2. Independent Contractors

All contracting work, estimates, material selections, and on-site installations are performed by independent, licensed third-party contractors. Homeowners enter into contracts directly with matched service providers.

3. Verification & Warranties

While ServiceFind audits licenses, insurance policies, and customer reviews, homeowners are responsible for verifying specific municipal permits and approving written contracts prior to work commencement.
